Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Experience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management.
• Experience in project management.
• Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects for diverse clients.
• Lead engineers and technicians on projects.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with clients and agencies; attend public hearings.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Write contracts and review invoices.
• Ensure technical accuracy and documentation in plans and reports.
• Prepare construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
