Job summary

Eagle Eye Electric, LLC is seeking a Civil Site Foreman for our Papillion, Nebraska project. You will coordinate crews, oversee site activities, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment under the Site Superintendent.

Ideal candidates have at least five years on large environmental or earth-moving projects, strong knowledge of USACE safety and quality protocols, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams across multiple sites. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large environmental/earth-moving projects.
• Extensive knowledge of USACE safety and quality protocols.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing heavy civil projects.
• Experience working with Federal clients.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 Hr certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates crews to optimize production and project performance on high volume civil works projects.
• Under the Site Superintendent, performs on-site work to ensure the project meets objectives, schedule and budget.
• Maintains relationships with Client, Customer and Eagle Eye Electric team, responding to inquiries and requests.
• Provides clear and concise status / daily reports to the Site Superintendent.
• Provides quality control oversight of site work to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintains and enforces safety regulations and ensures safe work practices.
