Job summary

Eagle Eye Electric, LLC in Papillion, Nebraska, is seeking a Civil Site Foreman to oversee on-site execution on environmental/earthwork projects. You will coordinate crews, monitor safety, and manage schedule and budget under the Site Superintendent.

Responsibilities include reporting, quality control, maintaining client and team relationships, and ensuring compliance with USACE safety and quality protocols. Travel to project sites is required; OSHA 10 Hr preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years on large environmental/earthmoving projects; levee repair/restoration preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hr; knowledge of USACE safety & quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Under the Site Superintendent, performs on-site work to meet project objectives, schedule and budget.
• Maintains relationships with Client, Customer and Eagle Eye Electric team; responds to inquiries & inspections.
• Provides clear, daily status reports to the Site Superintendent.
• Provides quality control oversight to ensure work complies with plans and specs; coordinates corrective actions.
• Maintains and enforces safety regulations on site.
• Supports daily tailgate meetings with BSNC staff and subcontractors.
