You will lead the Civil Division, mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive business development, with responsibilities spanning QA/QC, scheduling, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• NY State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of civil/site design experience with state agencies and municipalities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Costworks, SpecPoint and Newforma.
• CPESC/LEED AP/ENV SP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Buffalo Civil/Site group.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop budgets, monitor backlog and financial targets.
• Oversee billing reports and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, agencies, and utilities.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Ensure QC reviews and QA/QC processes for deliverables.
• Lead divisional recruiting and onboarding.
• Be available for major project-related issues.
• Travel to the Buffalo office; Rochester trips as needed.
