AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is recruiting for a Civil Site Manager in Buffalo, NY.

The role leads the Civil Engineering group, mentoring staff, overseeing QA/QC, project scheduling, backlog management and financial performance, while serving as a senior technical resource for civil/site design and engineering projects. The position requires a NYS PE license and 10+ years of civil/site design experience, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of civil/site design experience required.
• Ability to travel to project sites and meet driving requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Civil Engineering group and oversee staff mentoring and QA/QC.
• Develop and manage group budget and financial targets.
• Monitor backlog, workload, staffing and scheduling; propose corrective actions.
• Ensure billing reports, timesheets, and financials are accurate and timely.
• Provide technical guidance for civil/site design and sign/seal documents.
• Lead group meetings and coordinate with clients, municipalities and utilities.
• Support business development and proposal activities for civil projects.
• Maintain civil engineering standards and QA/QC processes.
• Review deliverables for compliance with engineering standards.
