Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work, quantities, and sizes of materials.
• Plan, schedule concrete placements and coordinate with supervision and planners to meet construction schedules.
• Identify tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and precautions to mitigate them.
• Illustrate in-depth knowledge of civil crafts.
• Plan workloads to minimize costs while maximizing asset utilization.
• Manage crews regarding processes, scheduling, costs, and employee relations.
