Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Civil/Site Engineering Intern for our Holmdel, NJ office for Summer 2027. You will assist with site plans, grading layouts, and utility systems using AutoCAD Civil3D, participate in the Land Development Accelerator Program, and gain exposure to permitting and on-site inspections.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D and relevant design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day Civil/Site project tasks under supervision.
• Learn stages of Land Development and participate in the Accelerator Program.
• Support site grading, grading layout, and utility design using Civil3D; assist with permitting.
