Qualifications

• PA Professional Engineer license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Ten plus years of municipal engineering and/or private land development experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and municipal codes.
• Experience with land use regulations and permitting in Pennsylvania.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; read/write English.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook; use SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review civil engineering plans for public infrastructure, private, commercial and residential development for code compliance.
• Evaluate stormwater management permits and plans.
• Mentor staff on engineering and plan preparation.
• Interact with clients regarding ongoing projects.
• Attend staff and municipal board meetings as needed.
• Assist with public works projects for clients.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania (PA) Professional Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
• Ten plus years of experience in municipal engineering and/or private land development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and municipal codes
• Experience with land use regulations and permitting in Pennsylvania
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
• Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
• Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails, and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
