Conrad Consulting is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Site/Land Development in Toms River, NJ to contribute to a growing engineering team. You will design site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems on land development projects for diverse clients.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license, 5+ years of site development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- PE license required.
- 5+ years of civil site/land development experience.
- Proficiency with grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
- Experience with permitting and municipal review processes.
Responsabilités
- Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs
- Perform due diligence investigations and zoning/code reviews
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates, and project documentation
- Support permitting and land development approval processes
- Attend meetings with planning boards, agencies, and project teams
- Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets
