The ideal candidate has a 0-3 year background, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong skills with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, plus proficiency in MS Office. Fieldwork and office duties alternate as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 0-3 years of civil site, geotechnical, or environmental engineering experience (internship or construction background preferred).
• Ability to interpret and apply technical plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience or familiarity with site work inspections (fills, foundations, utilities, asphalt, concrete, retaining walls, etc).
• Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software.
• Certifications such as EIT, OSHA HAZWOPER, ACI, or NICET preferred; must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
