Job summary

Glory Hill in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Civil Site Engineer for an early-career role with a blend of office and field work. You will gain hands-on experience in site development, utilities and earthwork while supporting project teams.

The role targets 0–3 years of civil site experience; a degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and the ability to interpret plans and regulate requirements. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 0–3 years in civil site, geotechnical, or environmental eng. experience preferred (internship or construction background welcome).
• Ability to interpret and apply technical plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience or familiarity with site work inspections (fills, foundations, utilities, asphalt, concrete, retaining walls, etc).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and related engineering software.
