Job summary
Dynamic Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer to perform due diligence investigations and preliminary design for retail, commercial, industrial and residential sites. You will work on site plans for Fortune 500 clients and regional developers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across projects.
Responsibilities include grading design, stormwater conveyance, utility systems, and regulatory coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 0–4 years’ civil site engineering experience preferred (residential/commercial).
- EIT certification or pursuit preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review zoning and land development ordinances to determine development limitations.
- Prepare Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports.
- Create Conceptual Site Plans and preliminary grading/design.
- Design stormwater, utilities, and erosion/sediment control plans.
- Prepare construction cost estimates and technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams on site plan applications.
