Job summary
Dynamic Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer to perform due diligence investigations and preliminary design for retail, commercial, industrial, and residential site layouts across regions we serve. You will work with Fortune 500 clients and regional developers to develop conceptual/site plans and design grading and drainage systems.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, 0–4 years of site engineering experience, and an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 0-4 years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred
Responsibilities
- Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property
- Prepare Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports
- Prepare Conceptual Site Plans
- Prepare preliminary Grading Plans and Design
- Design Stormwater Management and Conveyance Systems, Utility Systems and Erosion/Sediment Control Plans
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Coordinate with client and project team for comprehensive site plan applications
- Prepare technical reports including drainage, sanitary sewer and site investigation reports
