Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Civil Sales Engineer in Valley Cottage, NY to support design and technical sales for precast concrete products and related construction materials. The role involves estimating, CAD drafting, documentation, and customer interaction in the Tri-State area.

You will prepare CAD drawings, read drawings, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and agencies while maintaining project records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, contractors, public agencies, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform estimating and project quantity take-offs.
• Provide sales and technical support to customers.
• Prepare proposals, purchase orders, submittal documents, and other technical sales documentation.
• Prepare CAD drawings for precast concrete products.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate regularly with contractors, consulting engineers, government entities, public agencies, customers, and internal teams.
• Obtain approval for submittal drawings.
• Support sales, engineering, production, and product development activities.
• Coordinate technical requirements and documentation throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
