Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of professional work experience in Civil Rights/EEO investigations.
  • Ability to conduct confidential workplace investigations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake interviews and determine prima facie discrimination.
  • Receive and investigate formal discrimination complaints and interview witnesses.
  • Write technical reports, findings, and recommendations.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance to departments to ensure compliance.
  • May be assigned as a Disaster Service Worker.
