  • Rebuild or develop training modules related to civil rights compliance.
  • Advise department heads on policy questions and procedural interpretations.
  • Stand in for the Civil Rights Officer at public meetings when needed.
  • Act with accountability, building strategy and maintaining thorough, compliant practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Equal Opportunity, Human Resources, Public or Business Administration, Labor Relations, Political Science, Law or a related field
