Claremont McKenna College seeks a Civil Rights Manager/CARE Center Administrator to join the Office of Civil Rights and the CARE Center. You will report to the Vice President and Chief Civil Rights Officer and support student development, equity, and inclusion across campus.

The role emphasizes editing and policy work, with responsibilities ranging from program design to confidential case management and collaboration with Accessibility Services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in English or Literature preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Substantial editing and writing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate dialogue around communication across difference and increase community engagement.
• Serve as content contributor and editor of the College's Civil Rights Policy.
• Develop and maintain the design and function for the CARE Center physical space.
• Implement collaborative partnerships across campus.
• Create design content for publications and communications.
• Provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship and develop programming for student development.
