Job summary

Halff has immediate openings for an intermediate Project Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. You will lead civil engineering, transportation planning and/or design projects, coordinating with clients and guiding delivery with a focus on quality and schedule compliance.

The role involves managing personnel, budgets and subconsultants while collaborating with the Team Leader and Operations Manager on business development. Ownership potential is noted for top performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 4–10 years of experience in civil, public works or transportation project delivery.
• P.E. license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain FL PE within 6 months preferred.
• Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of civil engineering, transportation planning and/or design projects.
• Coordinate with clients and manage project interfaces.
• Manage personnel, budgets, schedules and subconsultants.
• Engage in business development activities with Team Leader and Operation Manager.
