Apex Companies in Roseville, California, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager (PE) to join CWE. This role leads design engineers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency while working with the Director of Engineering to deliver successful outcomes.

This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and annual bonus opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of civil engineering experience and are proficient with Civil 3D.

Formación

• 5+ years civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D or similar design software.
• Strong project management, leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Lead design efforts for grading, drainage, utilities and site development.
• Prepare and review plans, specs, calculations and reports for public/private works.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants and internal teams.
• Oversee permitting, entitlements and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor progress, budgets and deliverables to ensure quality and timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee staff; support field issues and QA/QC.
• Provide hands-on design direction and act as Engineer of Record.
