Qualifications

• PE license or ability to obtain one.
• 5-8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software for civil design and site development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities, including scoping, proposals, schedules, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, contractors, and subconsultants to ensure project success.
• Lead the planning and design of hydraulic and storm water collection systems.
• Create and run hydraulic models for water and sewer systems including simulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Mentor and train design engineering staff to assist in project design.
• Manage and develop project designs and execution plans.
• Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities in a team environment.
