You will lead from concept through construction, interact directly with clients and municipalities, and serve as Engineer of Record on your projects.

The role demands a North Carolina PE license, ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, and 5+ years in private land development with strong grading and stormwater design skills.

Qualifications

• Active NC PE license is required.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years in civil engineering with private land development.
• Experience leading projects from concept through construction.
• Ability to communicate with clients and municipalities.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead private land development projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Serve as Project Manager and Engineer of Record on assigned projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate permitting with local and state agencies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report progress.
