Position Summary

We're seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in Land Development and/or Site Development to join our growing Asheville, NC team! This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed‑use, industrial, and municipal projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for civil site design, grading, drainage, utility design, and coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Candidates must possess either a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.
• Perform grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Coordinate project permitting and regulatory approvals with local and state agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, clients, contractors, and municipal representatives.
