Job summary

Site Design Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in York, PA or Lancaster, PA to lead land development projects from concept through permitting. You will prepare site layouts, grading, utilities, and landscape plans, and manage stormwater and infrastructure design.

The role requires experience with PADEP and PennDOT approvals, a civil engineering or landscape architecture degree, and a professional license or path to licensure. Offices are in York and Lancaster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Land development project management experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage site layouts, grading, utilities and landscape plans.
• Manage stormwater, erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs.
• Obtain local, state, and federal approvals and permits.
• Coordinate with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipal ordinance requirements.
