Job summary

CEI Engineering Associates in the United States is seeking a full-time Civil Project Manager to coordinate land development projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as the primary client contact. You will participate in design phases, reviews, bidding, construction, and project completion, leading teams and ensuring quality results.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or landscape architecture background and hands-on experience with site development and AutoCAD/Civil 3D;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience.
• 3+ years of land/site development experience including utilities, drainage, QA, and entitlements.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land development projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Review design concepts, bids, construction progress, and project completion.
