Overview

As a Civil Engineer Project Manager (Land Development) for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll collaborate with project teams to develop land development plans for clients in various sectors, including commercial, institutional, and energy. Your role involves designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality practices, and utilities. You'll interact with clients, contractors, and local officials, overseeing projects from conception through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and opening. Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydraFlow
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Ability to research local codes and regulations
• Experience in commercial real estate site design is a plus
