MECO Engineering in Hannibal, MO is seeking a dedicated Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer to lead design and project management for complex water infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with clients, mentor junior engineers, and ensure deliverables meet high standards while maintaining schedules and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Formación

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri or eligible within ~2 years.
• Significant design experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for client interaction and project management.
• Driven, self‑motivated with a focus on achieving project goals.

Job Title: Civil Engineer – Water

Location: Hannibal, MO

MECO Engineering is seeking a dedicated and experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing and managing complex water and wastewater projects, working closely with clients, and ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to navigate client interactions and project management duties effectively, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage water and/or wastewater projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Attend necessary meetings and maintain effective communication between the firm and clients.

Qualifications

• Driven, self‑motivated personality with a focus on achieving project goals.

Compensation

Starting pay will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
