Job summary
Cardinal Civil Contracting, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, schedule, and execute work to ensure safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence across residential, commercial, industrial, and public projects.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in civil construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with project management software and cost reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with multiple self-perform divisions and site teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules; report progress to management and clients.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigations.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
- Prepare monthly pay applications and owner billings.
