Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in civil construction estimating, project management, or a related field.
• Experience leading safety efforts and subcontractor adherence to standards.
• End‑to‑end project management from estimating to close‑out.
• Strong reading of contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Budget management, change orders, and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre‑construction through final delivery as central coordinator of cost, schedule, quality and safety.
• Prepare and evaluate estimates, submit bids, manage subcontractors and mentor teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold safety and quality standards.
