B&B Concrete Contractors in Milwaukee is seeking a project leader to drive heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, and infrastructure initiatives from kickoff to closeout.

You will coordinate field crews with engineers and partners to maintain schedules, control costs, and document changes while delivering safe, high-quality results. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you own outcomes and build trusted relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Project Performance: Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Execution: Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Financials: Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Scheduling: Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
