Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for various land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, residential, municipal, industrial, sports, and educational facilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare planning and design documents in relevant engineering disciplines.
• Perform process design calculations, prepare cost estimates, and analyze alternatives economically.
• Assist with or develop project scope, schedule, initiation paperwork, and budget reviews.
• Coordinate with other teams, perform design tasks, manage project records, and attend client meetings.
• Assist with marketing and business development, including proposal writing.
• Serve as project manager on small projects and perform complex assignments independently.
• Supervise and coordinate work of junior staff and students.
