Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil scope from site data, design assumptions, estimates, contracts, and permits.
• Coordinate scope reviews and handoffs across engineering, estimating, construction, environmental, safety, quality, subcontractors, and commercial teams.
• Track quantities, resolve open items, and escalate risks as needed.
