Develop and maintain clear, complete, traceable, field-ready civil scope by translating site data, design assumptions, estimates, contract and permit requirements, and customer commitments into executable work. Coordinate scope reviews and handoffs across engineering, estimating, construction, environmental, safety, quality, subcontractors, and commercial teams while tracking quantities, resolving open items, and escalating risks.
Requirements: Candidates need experience supporting civil engineering, construction, project engineering, estimating, pre-construction, or field execution; interpreting civil drawings and technical requirements; coordinating project stakeholders; and identifying and communicating risks or scope gaps. A bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline, PE licensure or EIT certification, relevant utility-scale energy or EPC experience, and knowledge of civil site work are preferred; travel of 25% is required.
