OWN, Inc. is an engineering firm with employee-ownership seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Dardanelle, AR team. The role involves planning and designing civil projects, performing calculations, and preparing construction documents to support budgeting and execution.

You will contribute to feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with project teams and managing permit submissions.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 5+ years of civil engineering and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design civil engineering projects with project teams.
• Perform calculations to ensure accurate, efficient designs.
• Prepare construction documents: drawings, specs, and reports.
• Estimate quantities and construction costs for budgeting.
• Provide field services, oversee progress, and address site issues.
• Generate reports and studies on feasibility, environmental impacts, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage permit applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
