A PE license and 5+ years of experience are required, with a passion for technical excellence.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil engineering team and oversee project planning, analysis, and design.
• Manage drafting personnel and coordinate with engineering professionals across multiple offices.
• Engage in business development and client engagement to grow the practice.
• Ensure project administration tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
