Job summary

Moody and Associates, Inc. seeks a Professional Engineer to lead and oversee complex civil engineering projects from our Meadville or Erie office. The role demands strong technical knowledge, judgment, and the ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include 5–15 years of civil engineering experience, a Bachelor or Master of Science in engineering, and a PE license. Site development, oil/gas/geotechnical/environmental experience, and water/wastewater exposure

Qualifications

5-15 years of demonstrated civil engineering experience.
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in engineering or related technical field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Site development discipline experience required.
Oil and gas, geotechnical, or environmental experience required.
Water and/or wastewater experience preferred.
Advanced certifications or licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee complex infrastructure and engineering development projects.
Lead project planning and coordination, technical analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Provide technical oversight during field investigations and construction observation.
Mentor junior engineers and guide staff within the engineering department.
Prepare and review technical proposals, change orders, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with other departments for efficient project delivery.
