Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Brand New Civil Project Manager to lead land development, utilities and drainage design projects in Anchorage. This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $140,000 per year and opportunities to work with a leader in trenchless technology engineering.

You will design land development plans, coordinate with clients and review teams, and attend meetings to obtain approvals from local and state agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 0-4 years of experience for Design Engineer, 4+ years for Project Engineer.
• Experience with Civil 3D desired, but not required.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic software (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, culvert/open channel design tools) desired but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design land development plans for large scale developments, multi-family developments, and subdivisions, including all plans, drainage report, and calculations.
• Coordinate design plans with internal personnel, client, and city review team.
• Attend meetings regarding the project and obtain approvals from local and state governing agencies.
