Job summary
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in land development and site design
- BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- EIT certification highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Responsibilities
- Design and coordination of site development projects for residential and commercial developments
- Prepare grading, drainage, and utility system plans in compliance with standards
- Develop construction specs, quantities, and cost estimates
- Prepare reports, master plans, and entitlement support documents
- Collaborate with departments and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
