Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and ORD preferred for transportation positions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design project components using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software.
• Complete calculations using engineering formulas and data analysis.
• Prepare material specifications, installation guidelines, and inspection protocols.
• Develop design details and plan sets for projects.
• Perform field observation and data collection as directed by senior staff.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support project goals.
• Contribute to cost estimates and technical reports to drive project success.
