Leoforce is seeking a mid-level civil engineer to support planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects in California. You will prepare plans, calculations, and technical reports, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and interact with public agencies and clients.

The role emphasizes growth into greater project responsibility, strong communication, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary engineering group. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• PE license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience supporting planning and design of civil infrastructure projects.
• Background in roadway design, transportation improvements, drainage, utilities, site development, or related municipal/public works projects.
• Ability to prepare and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, reports, and technical documentation.
• Experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D or comparable civil engineering design software.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, technical staff, clients, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple project assignments and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow into increased project responsibility and client interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare engineering plans, calculations, specifications, estimates, and technical reports.
• Perform design analysis and assist with engineering recommendations.
• Coordinate project deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Work with public agencies, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Assist with permitting, agency coordination, and construction-phase services.
• Review technical work for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Support project managers with schedules, budgets, client communication, and overall project delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and designers as experience allows.
• Participate in site visits and field investigations when required.
