Job summary

AHBL, a multi-discipline engineering firm, is seeking a Civil Project Engineer for our Tacoma office to help deliver land development projects from concept to construction. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to prepare civil designs, specifications, and calculations for site developments, roads, stormwater, and utilities.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil Engineering, an active EIT, 3+ years of site design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Active EIT certification preferred.
• 3+ years of civil engineering site design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
• Proficient in stormwater modeling tools (WWHM, MGS Flood).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on land development projects from concept to construction.
• Prepare civil designs, specifications and calculations for sites.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on roadways, stormwater and utilities.
