Job summary

Apex Companies is expanding its civil engineering team and seeks a Civil Project Engineer (Engineer 2) to lead drawings, specifications, and contract documents for water-related projects.

Qualified candidates hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a PE license, with 4+ years of relevant experience and AutoCAD proficiency. GIS is a plus. This full-time on-site role offers a strong benefits package, sign-on eligibility, and a competitive annual pay range.

• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
• 4+ Years of Civil Engineering Experience with an emphasis on water related projects.
• AutoCAD experience preferred; GIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform and/or lead construction observation and management.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control.
• Support clients with services during bidding, contracting, and construction.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance.
