Typical Duties Include

• Design of site civil components including stormwater, sanitary, watermain, pavement, and grading for site and subdivision plans.
• Water main and sewer system design.
• Preparation of civil plans, grading plans, permits, and as-built documentation.
• Coordination with permitting agencies and project stakeholders.
• Development and review of project specifications.
• Supervision of junior engineers and team members.
• Cost estimation, bidding, and contract documentation.
• Traffic management planning and RFI coordination.
• Participation in meetings and proposal preparation.
• Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
• Potential out-of-town work based on project needs.

Job Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• 6-10+ years of civil engineering experience in private and public sectors.
• BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Ability to adapt engineering principles to real-world conditions.
• Motivation to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Experience with municipal projects, geotechnical, water/wastewater, structural, and hydraulic engineering is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across offices.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a clean driving record.
