Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination, preferably within the AEC industry or professional services.
• Basic site planning knowledge.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site planning, review layouts, and manage outside consultants.
• Assist with project setup, records, SOPs, and documentation.
• Track budgets, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Contract lifecycle management and documentation control.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and track billings.
