Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate degree in business, PM, or construction management or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipeline development and tracking, ensuring records are current.
• Setup initial project files, templates, tracking tools, and SOP compliance.
• Maintain contracts, scopes of work, minutes, change orders, and sub-consultant agreements.
• Support grant research and submission coordination as needed.
• Coordinate cross-discipline efforts among engineering, permitting, finance, and architecture.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and track project expenditures and billable hours.
