  • Process and service civil process papers, including fees and records.
  • Respond to inquiries and prioritize incoming court documents by type and date.
  • Prepare and record legal documents for service; calculate service fees.
  • Process payments and fees; issue receipts in accordance with procedures.
  • Release documents for service and prepare affidavits of service for records.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with related duties as assigned.
