RNGD seeks a Preconstruction Executive – Civil Construction to lead the civil preconstruction function, guiding opportunities from opportunity assessment through estimate development, proposal submission, client interviews, contract award, and turnover to Operations. The role defines strategy, reviews controls, and prioritizes resources across the pursuit portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in construction management, civil engineering, estimating, or related field (preferred).
• 12+ years of civil construction, estimating, preconstruction, or operations experience with leadership of complex pursuits and teams.
• Experience leading hard-bid, negotiated, design-build, CMAR, and other pursuit delivery methods.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgment, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, document-management, and project technology platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil preconstruction strategy and portfolio leadership.
• Direct development of conceptual, preliminary, design-development, and final estimates for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Lead executive estimates reviews and challenge pricing, quantities, assumptions, productivity, and execution strategies.
• Oversee the development of proposal narratives, bid schedules, scope clarifications, alternates, and value-analysis options.
• Ensure pricing reflects market conditions, supplier input, historical performance, project constraints, and identified risk.
• Lead the formal turnover of awarded work to Operations with the estimate basis, scope, assumptions, risks, and follow-up requirements.
• Build and mentor the civil preconstruction team and establish estimating standards, templates, and quality-control expectations.
