Job summary

DDS Engineering and Surveying, LLP (DDSE) is seeking an experienced designer to prepare engineering and construction plan documents for natural gas and civil projects. The role involves supporting senior staff, producing 2D/3D CAD drawings, and collaborating with engineers, surveyors, and field teams to move projects from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years related experience in an engineering drafting/design role.
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with project team members.
• Ability to interact with clients, customers, officials, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering and construction plan documents for a variety of projects.
