Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney Editor with at least 5 years of experience for a remote contractor position. Part-time, 15–20 hours/week for 6 months, with potential for extension.

This role involves drafting and updating practical guidance, forms, and checklists on civil litigation topics for an online legal product. Work is flexible—assignments can be completed on your own schedule, as long as deadlines are met.

Duties include:

• Draft and revise practical guidance documents based on statutes, case law, and practice experience
• Create and update forms, checklists, and procedural “how-to” notes
• Provide jurisdiction-specific insights based on court rules and custom

Qualifications:

• J.D. and bar admission in at least one state
• 5+ years' litigation experience in state or federal court
• Strong writing, research, and editing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word (Track Changes) and online legal research

Preferred experience in CA, NY, MA, or TX courts.
