W3Global Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its civil litigation team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will manage complex matters across premises liability, personal injury, general liability and business disputes.

Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active California Bar admission, 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• 3-8 years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury, premises liability, and general civil litigation.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and provide legal analysis throughout all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Handle depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, court appearances, and hearings.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance representatives, opposing counsel, and experts regarding case strategy and developments.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery management, witness preparation, and exhibit organization.
• Maintain compliance with court deadlines while effectively managing multiple active matters.
