About the Role

We’re adding a civil litigator with roughly 3-8 years of experience and a foundation in civil or insurance defense. You'll manage your own files from start to finish, including personal injury and premises liability matters, with direct client contact and real courtroom opportunity. Attorneys interested in trust and estate litigation can build that into their practice as well.

What You'll Need

• 3-8 years of civil or insurance defense litigation experience
• Working knowledge of personal injury, premises liability, and general civil litigation
• Ability to independently manage matters, deadlines, and a billable practice
• Strong written and verbal advocacy
• Active California State Bar license in good standing
